Each fabric has its own care process:

1. For Cotton-poly blend jersey:

Handwash or machine wash in gentle cycle with cold water. Do not put in the dryer, hang to dry in shade.

2. For Polyester and nylon blends:

Turn the item inside out and handwash or place it in a mesh washing bag for machine wash on the normal cycle with hot water to achieve the deepest clean. Wash with like colors and fabrics only.

4. For Elastane (Spandex or Lycra):

Place spandex garments in a mesh washing bag. Use a mild detergent that contains no chlorine bleach. Wash on a 'delicates' cycle (a cool and gentle wash cycle) and ensure that you set the machine for a slow spin at the end of the cycle.

3. For Cotton:

Wash in cold (30°C or below) water, whether using a washing machine or washing by hand. Give garments a gentle stretch when they come out of the wash to get them back into shape. Always air dry in shade: dry clothes flat and out of the sun if possible.
